Oscar Morland is a documentary photographer who studies how landscapes are shaped by human activity. His work investigates alternative farming methods which aim to increase the quality of life for all involved.

Street Goat works to rejuvenate derelict land in cities for the use of farming. They clean up eye-sore spaces by turning them into productive farming areas. The goats provide meat, milk and fur which is sold to local people, creating a tighter community as people have a more direct connection to their food by knowing where it came from.

Food and Forest is a company that promotes a more sustainable form of farming which in this case is used to grow walnuts and cobnuts. This is called alley cropping. By planting trees alongside smaller crops it can increase the quality of nutrients in the soil which leads to higher yields. This is turn creates more profit for farmers.
