We welcome you to join us at the RPS for a collective artist talk from seven UWE 2021 Graduates.

The artists will deliver short talks about their work and practice over the last year. At the end of the talks there will also be a panel discussion.

The artists will discuss a wide array of visual themes from documentary based imagery to fine art and editorial.

The pop up exhibition will run alongside the artist talks, running from 12pm-8pm. There will be artist prints for sale, with food and drink stalls also in the area.

The Artist's Speaking at the Event

Kaya Oatley

Kaya’s practice is rooted in research into sociology, psychology and general social theory which is then used as a base to create photography around issues and communities close to her heart.  

Moon Immisch

Moon Immisch is a Bristol-based creative who grew up between Spain & India. As an artist, she enjoys keeping her photographic practice open and experimental, without forcing her work into a singular niche. 

Eleanor Beale

Eleanor Beale is a fine art documentary photographer living in Bristol, whose work focuses on unique individuals and their stories. Eleanor uses her camera as a therapeutic tool, working collaboratively to give a voice to others.

Colm Moore

Colm Moore is a mixed media artist, working with Photography, Film and Sound. 

His work explores themes of identity, society and personal history. Colm is based between Bristol and London.

Alesha Hickmans

Alesha is a 22-year-old fashion and editorial photographer who embraces the playful and experimental nature of the medium.Her Photography is positive and vibrant. It concentrates on the identity and style of youth culture in loose narratives. She values the beauty of the human form and her work translates this into bold and imaginative tableau

Estefania Hidalgo Di Miele

Estefania is a photographer and visual artist, born in Caracas - Venezuela. She uses her perspective as an immigrant WOC to highlight stories about culture, gender, minorities and social constructs.

Callum O'Keefe

At 3.45pm

Callum is a documentary photographer whose practice centres around exploring the banal and exploring how mundane can reveal something about our current cultural climate.
